Why is the liquid silicone not cured and sticky

1. AB two-component silicone rubber should be weighed and proportioned in strict accordance with right mixing ratio. It is recommended to have an electronic scale to make the specific gravity more accurate;

2. The addition cure liquid silicone gel can not be mixed with the condensation cure silicone rubber, and the raw material production of silicone gel containing amines, sulfur, phosphorus and some metal salts can contact, which will lead to the silicone gel not solidifying, always in a sticky state, leading to the scrapping of silicone.

3. The vacuuming time should not be too long, only 3-5 minutes, so as to avoid the crosslinking reaction of liquid silicone in advance.
