How to distinguish quality of molding silicone rubber good?

Silicone rubber with various prices exists in the market, which means that a variety of quality exists in the market. From viscosity, high and low temperature resistance, aging resistance, tear strength, tensile strength, shrinkage rate, molds' shelf life etc., each index reflects the difference of different quality of silicone rubber.

So, how should we distinguish the quality of silicone rubber in the market? Here AYAAON gave some warm tips:

1. Good brightness, such silicone rubber is of high purity, and the product with black impurities is a kind of cheap powder that dealers add to reduce costs.

2. With the same weight, the larger the volume, the better. Products with small volume and high density are mainly due to the addition of powder with high density

3. After a certain period of time, the silicone rubber has layers. The upper part looks like oil, and the lower part is powder. This kind of mold silicone is inferior.

Notes: The common added powder may be gypsum powder, calcium carbonate, quartz powder, etc.
