Today AYAAON would like to share a silicone technology: “How we guarantee our liquid rtv silicone rubber’s quality?”

AYAAON focus on quality, put quality at first position, since the exquisite quality of silicone rubber greatly affects the life of silicone products, here are our some production process which are used for guarantee the quality: 

1)Firstly, before the grinding process,we will use the strainer to filter out impurities.

2)Pour the silicone into the lapping machine to smash, 

3)Three filters with different meshes were used to filter impurities before finishing the production. 

Above processes will consume much more production costs and labor cost, so some silicone rubber factories will  simplify the process in order to reduce cost, but AYAAON always put quality first, because we believe only good quality product can help us and our customers to keep growing day by day in the market.
