AYAAON brand D4 siloxane is colorless, insoluble in water, soluble in benzene and other organic solvents. Organic silicon polymer is polymerized under the catalysis of acid and alkali. It is the basic raw material of silicone oil and silicone rubber, and can also be directly used as rubber filler treatment agent and cosmetic raw material.
PACKAGING, STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION OF D4 SILOXANE
Iron bucket/plastic bucket packaging, net weight 190kg/bucket, or ton bucket packaging, net weight 950kg/bucket or international standard container packaging. It shall be stored in a cool and dry place, waterproof and fireproof, and shall not be mixed with oxidants, acids and alkalis. The storage area shall be equipped with corresponding types and quantities of fire-fighting equipment, leakage emergency treatment equipment and appropriate materials. Organosiloxane shall be transported as dangerous goods and handled with care to prevent damage to packaging and containers.
Stability: Stable under specified use and storage conditions (in closed containers).
Forbidden substances: strong oxidant, acid, alkali.
Conditions to avoid contact: incompatible substances, various heat sources and ignition sources, moist air and water.
Decomposition products: carbon oxides, carbon hydrides, silicon oxides, combustion smoke, etc. may be generated during combustion or thermal decomposition in the fire site. Polymerization hazard: possible
