Silicone curing agent is a condensation type two-component silicone rubber (RTV-2) cross-linking agent. The crosslinking time can be adjusted by mixing ratio. It is a white slightly yellow paste, a diacyl organic peroxide. Used as vulcanizing agent for extruded silicone rubber, with high strength and good transparency. Refer to crosslinking temperature and dosage (depending on different rubber types and product requirements): temperature>90 ℃; Dosage: 1-2.5%. Soluble in benzene solvents, insoluble in water, ethanol, etc.

Note: After the silicone curing agent is added to the silicone base, it must be stirred evenly. If it is not stirred evenly, part of the mold will not be cured. If the mold can not be fixed 48 hours after the place without curing, the mold will be scrapped and will not be cured. You can only clean it and make the mold again.
