Foaming time (foaming): 20-30 seconds

SCOPE OF APPLICATION

MAIN FEATURES
It has good thermal insulation effect, light weight, high specific strength, convenient construction and other excellent characteristics, as well as sound insulation, shock resistance, electrical insulation, heat resistance, cold resistance, solvent resistance and other characteristics. Polyurethane hard foam is generally room temperature foam, and the molding process is relatively simple. It can be divided into manual foam and mechanical foam according to the degree of construction mechanization, and can be divided into co pressure foam and low-pressure foam according to the pressure during foaming, It can be divided into pouring foaming and spraying foaming according to the molding method.
CONSTRUCTION METHOD
Before construction, check whether the equipment can be used normally (no water in the batching container) and whether the materials are ready. The ambient temperature should be 15-30 ℃, and the material temperature should be about 20 ℃, not more than 27 ℃.
Proportioning: A and B combination materials shall be proportioned 1:1 (pour a single component first, regardless of the order).
Mixing: mechanical or manual (simple mechanical mixing) -- high-speed mixing for 10-15 seconds, and manual mixing is better within 50 kg.
Pouring: After mixing, it is necessary to pour into the object to be filled within 10 seconds (preferably into the bottom), and the pouring hole must be above the object to be filled (the side pouring will overflow).
Wait 3-5 minutes before foaming stops and 7-10 minutes for curing to complete the operation.
PACKAGING AND STORAGE
Packaging: sealed in 250Kg iron drums, or as required by customers.
Term of validity: 1 year, it can be used as usual after passing the inspection when expired.
This product is easy to volatilize and absorb moisture, and it is better to finish it at one time. If it cannot be used up, it should be sealed immediately after taking materials.
It should be placed in a dark, dry, cool and ventilated place, away from heat sources and strictly protected from exposure. The ideal storage temperature is about 18 ℃.
