DEFINITION OF POLYURETHANE POTTING COMPOUND

Urethane potting polymer is prepared by gradual polymerization of polyester, polyether and other low polymer polyols and polyisocyanates, with diol or diamine as chain extender.

Polyurethane potting polymer has excellent low temperature resistance, with a wide range of colloid hardness. The hardness of polyurethane can range from Shore A10 to Shore D80. It has good adhesion to many potting materials, high adhesion, good abrasion resistance and good insulation. It has strong tensile strength, high stability, it is a new environment-friendly material.
