PREPARATION OF PVC TRANSFER PRINTING SILICONE PAD

First, clean the mold with detergent, then wipe or blow dry the water in the mold, and apply a layer of release agent. Then pour the rubber into the mold, and take out the rubber pads after it is completely cured

PROPORTIONAL RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SILICONE RUBBER AND SILICONE OIL

The normal proportion of pad printing silicone and silicone oil is determined according to the customer's requirements. If the customer requires a large print area and needs a soft rubber tampo pad, more silicone oil will be added. On the contrary, if the hardness of the rubber pad is high, do not add or add less silicone oil.
