HOW TO MAKE SILICONE MOLDS FOR SHOE?

1. Casting operation:

Take 100g of rtv silicone base, add 2% curing agent, fully stir and mix the components A and B, and then put the liquid silicone of shoe mold into the vacuum box for vacuuming and bubble discharging after the mixing is even. Take out the liquid silicone rubber after vacuuming, and inject it into the product or mold frame you want to replicate. After curing at room temperature for 3-5 hours, place the fully formed silicone rubber mold of shoe mold for 24 hours, and then use it repeatedly.

2. Mold brushing operation:

Shoe mold silicone is used for painting or silicone scraping process, that is, fix the product or sole model you want to copy on the plane board with glue, and surround the box with wood boards to prevent liquid silicone leakage. Mix the silicone base and curing agent evenly at the ratio of 100:2, then pour them on the sole model, and paint them evenly with wood board or brush. After the silicone dries, fill the mold box with gypsum water.
