PROPERTIES AND CHARACTERISTICS OF GRC SILICONE MOLD
1. RTV silicone mold can be used repeatedly, and the silicone mold demoulding is simple and fast.
2.After the silicone mold is formed, it has strong tear resistance, good resilience, and good tensile resistance. The mold has longer service life and much more molding repeated times;
3.Suitable for both pouring molding or brush molding, high and low temperature resistance, and long service life of the mold.
4. The silicone shrinkage rate of the mold is small, the number of times of mold duplication is large, and the shrinkage rate is 0.2%. The mold making is convenient and fast. The silicone mold made has clear texture and can be copied from the prototype.
5.It has the characteristics of good flow, good molding, easy demoulding, no mucous membrane and no expansion;
6. There is no problem at 200℃, and the mold silicone rubber can still be used normally at minus 50℃.
