Mold making silicone rubber can be divided into addition type silicone and condensation type silicone
Room temperature vulcanized condensed mold compound has superior fluidity, demoulding property, easy operation, vulcanization time and operation time can be adjusted as needed, can be deeply vulcanized, mold size is stable, heat resistance, chemical resistance, good physical properties, high tear strength, especially for unsaturated polyester products, good durability, long service life of the mold.
The addition type molding silicone has the characteristics of good transparency, easy deep curing and small shrinkage.
FEATURE OF POLYURETHANE RESIN MOLDS SILICONE RUBBER
The modified silicone rubber can be cured at room temperature, has short demoulding time, and can add pigment to adjust various colors. The solidified mould has the characteristics of good wear resistance, non shrinkage, non expansion, water resistance, transparency and good elasticity. It is composed of two families, A and B.
