BRIEF INFORMATION OF SILICONE PAD PRINTING RUBBER

The electroplating products’ silicone pad printing is used for manufacturing transfer pads. The pattern on the steel plate transferred to the product with silicone as the carrier is called pad printing. Electronic commodity pad printing silicone is a mobile liquid silicone packed with components A and B, which can be used to prepare pad printing elastic materials with good performance, such as wear resistance, oil free, good ink transfer and oil solvent resistance. The transfer printing pad is used to transfer the pictures on the steel plate to the toy goods and print irregular pictures on the toy goods after passing the pictures on the steel plate through the silicone pads as a carrier.

OPERATING STEPS FOR SILICONE PADS PRINTING

Put the printed products in the iron plate one by one. At the same time, the transfer printer must carefully carry out self inspection on the printed products. 

The transfer printing self inspection items include: missing conductive printing, insufficient conductive printing, thin conductive oil, conductive sticky oil and other conductive defects. When a plate of products is printed, a label shall be placed in the empty space of the iron plate, and then the products shall be placed on the drying cart, and the full cart shall be pushed to the inspector for inspection. During operation, pay special attention to three points:

1. When printing products, if the printing head is moved out but the left hand has not taken out the printed products or the right hand has not placed the products to be printed, the hand should be taken out in time, and the pedal switch should be stepped down immediately to avoid hurting the hand or printing defective products.

2. Check the hands, tools and workbenches frequently to see if there is any transfer ink, and keep the iron plate, hands and tools clean at all times.

3. During automatic continuous printing, the left hand picks up the printed product and puts it on the iron plate, and the right hand simultaneously picks up the product to be printed and puts it on the holder. The action is continuous, the foot is on the foot switch, and the foot switch can be started or stopped at any time by stepping on it.
