INTRODUCTION OF MEDICAL DIY SILICONE PUTTY

Silicone putty Ayaaon 9601 is hydrophilic platinum cure molding silicone rubber molding material, where in component A is platinum catalyst component and component B is hydrogen containing polysiloxane component. DIY silicone plasticine is composed of liquid material and powder material. The main raw materials are silicone oil, silicone resin, alumina and quartz powder.

APPLICATION OF MEDICAL GRADE SILICONE PUTTY

Silicone plastique Ayaaon 9601 is used for making accurate dental crowns and dental bridges, false tooth, occlusal records and oral tissue modeling.

USAGE OF AB SILICONE PUTTY

Take equal amount of silicone putty base (blue) and catalyst (white) for mixing at room temperature. Use a colored spoon to take the putty base and a white spoon to take the catalyst. Mix the two components with your fingertips and knead for at least 30 seconds until the mixture is stirred well. Close the lid immediately after use, and the lids cannot be interchanged.
