Attapulgite embossing silicone is an environment-friendly silicone material, which can be called 3D printed silicone and attapulgite filled silicone rubber. The two components of attapulgite filled silicone are composed of agent A and agent B. It is a flowing liquid silicone, which can be cured at room temperature or heated.

FEATURES OF HIGH TEMPERATURE RESISTANT EMBOSSED SILICONE RUBBER
1. Attapulgite embossed silicone has good corrosion resistance, high tensile and tear resistance, and low shrinkage.
2. No low molecules are released during silicone rubber crosslinking, so the volume remains unchanged, and the shrinkage is less than 0.1%
3. It is not limited by product thickness and can be deeply solidified
4. This product has excellent high temperature resistance, and the temperature can reach - 60℃ to 350 ℃
5. Strong adhesion, wear resistance, washability, high transparency, anti-skid and other characteristics
USAGE OF CONCAVE CONVEX EMBOSSED SILICONE RUBBER
1. Mix the two components A and B 1:1 or 10:1 by weight (use an electronic scale)
2. Then place the well stirred silicone in the vacuum machine for vacuum defoaming (the container containing silicone does not need to be filled to prevent silicone from overflowing the container when bubbles occur. If there are no bubbles, the air discharge is completed)
3. Place the cloth on the lower mold, evenly smear the silicone after foam removal on the cloth (depending on the thickness of the product), then cover a layer of cloth on the silicone, and press the upper mold for heating.
4. After completing the above steps, the silicone will be completely cured for 2-12 hours at room temperature; When heated at 120-150 ℃ on the baking table, it can be completely cured within ten minutes.
